As I'm typing this complaint I have been on hold for 13 minutes and the clock is still ticking. I am so tired of this poor service.

In December I called in to deactivate my old vehicle and to get my new vehicle to be transferred into my name. Quite surprisingly my old vehicle was deactivated and the new one wasnt activated. I only found this out on the 14th of January 2014, I have been trying to get hold of someone to assist me for days and only this morning did i get proper service only going via the dealership who gave me a direct contact to deal with.

This morning 16 Jan 2014 i dealt with Sbu to activate my tracking device he agreed to send me the certificate for the new activation and I am still waiting 1 hour later for the email.

Yesterday when i called the call centre that the person who could help me was on lunch... whats the point of a call centre?

I have kept the phone on hold while i type this and i have now been holding for a straight 30 minutes with no service. No one's saying people shouldnt go on lunch/tea... but why is it everybody at the same time?

Will someone please send me the certificate for the new vehicle... I've now been holding for close to 35 minutes
