Ank wants me2dereg the vehicle dat its write off

Call Ref No.:55919563:A month ago I complained abt STD bank for not assisting me2 deregister my vehicle Dat was beyond repairs 5yrs back&it was still under finance name. my insurer paid them and they kept on requesting the vehicle2be dereg bt it was not done.

2weeks back they sent original certificate instead of deregistration certificate, they advised that I have to transfer the same written off vehicle 2my name and deregister it after, i am a pensioner, I HAD TO PAY FOR ALL PENALTIES DAT WERE UNDER DAT VEHICLE FOR ALL THE YRS THE LICENSE WASNT RENEWED IN ORDER FOR MY OTHER VEHICLE LICENSE2 BE RENEWED.NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR TRANSFER OF IT AND DEREG.

ACCORDING2 LAW AS THE VEHICLE WAS STILL UNDER THE BANKS NAME WHEN IT WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT, THE BANK WAS SUPPOSE2 DEREG IT THAT TIME AS DELAYED, NEGLIGENT, UNHELPFUL AS THEY ARE, THIS WAS NOT DONE. ITS BEEN YEARS NOW I AM TRYING TO GET THIS MATTER SORTED OUT, I HAVE BEEN CALLING ALL DEPARTMENTS IN STANDARD BANK BUT NO JOY AT ALL, EVEN THE CONSULTANT THAT SAID WIL HELP ON THIS MATTER HE IS NOT GIVING US THE FEEDBACK. THIS IS REALLY PATHETIC.I HV2 SUFFER DUE2THEIR NEGLIGENT.MAYBE I HAVE2TAKE THIS MATTER UP WITH BANK OMBUDSMAN
