Old Mutual
Wrongful policy deduction

It has come to my attention that policy number 6930000375539b6 from old mutual has been wrongfully allocated to my name and has been deducting from my salary from 2007.

The beneficiaries on the policy have absolutely no relation with me and thus i sent a complaint to old mutual on the 9th of July 2013 and subsequently emailed an affidavit on the 8th of august 2013, all that to no avail As they still have not responded.

All i want is the reimbursement of my funds.
