No settlement lette

I been logging and logging a request on their website for the past two weeks to get a settlement letter. Out of frustration I phone the call centre and was provided an amount but however the letter were never emailed to me how must I know were to pay the money in and the reference that must be used (this was not provided by agent). I want to settle this account today! please EMAIL me with a settlement letter and the proper information for me to get the money transferred to you.
