VVM would not send me settlement lette

I used to own a Clicks credit card which was handed over to VVM, and I then settled it through them on 29 December 2008. I have since received letters and calls from Brooks and Luyts, who claim that FNB gave them the instruction to recover these monies from me since I never settled the account. I then sent them the proof and they closed the account and referred me back to FNB Collections.

FNB Legal claims that VVM never paid the settlement amount through to them and as a result my account is still outstanding with them. I have called VVM today and spoken to Vincent on 011 998-9790 who said that VVM Does not deal with Clicks credit card anymore, and that there were no records of me on the computer. He asked me to now call Clicks

I paid my settlement to VVM and I expect them to send me the settlement letter so that I can clear my credit record with FNB Clicks. I have attached the proof of payment from my business bank account, a letter from Brooks and Luyts and sent through to [Email Removed] but the email came back saying [Email Removed]
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this
