Policy cancellation and claim rejection

I was in the car accident February 2013 and my claim was approved. The broker asked me to do a hail damage claim as well. Two access fees were paid and my car was fixed.
Last month 25/08/13 had another car accident. My policy was cancelled due to multi-claimant and poor claims history. The worse thing is that the last claim is partially approved. My car in-cared two damages (front and back). The back was approved and the front was rejected. The bumped me at the rear left wheel and my car swing (twist) and face the opposite direction. The impact was huge. Since i was inside the car didn't realise that the car in-care the minor front damage. The front damage was rejected for that my accident description was not enough. It was 22h30 evening and besides the confusion resulted on me not to notice the front damage. THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS THAT MY CAR WAS NOT DAMAGED BEFORE THE ACCIDENT.
