Waste of Time and Terrible service

I am insured with Monitor Insurance and i go through a broker. A MONTH ago my mother was in an accident in my car, She is a named Driver so no worries there. The issue come in the fact that my car was reversed into by another driver, (Front on collision) Where the Radiator and the entire front of the car was damaged. So the very next day i get the car picked up and sent to a repair shop as i don't want to drive it to worsen any damage. Two weeks later i get a phone call the car is ready. Amazing right. well not really, i go pick up the car, to see it is beautiful done work on the outside damage. So i hope I'm ready to go. well half way home i notice my car is overheating Bad. so i turn around and take it back. To my amazement the mechanic says was i suppose to do something to the radiator??? I mean come on i sent it in on a tow truck? So i explain to him what happen and he says true he will send it in for an inspection. Now a month on my inference company is refusing to pay for it as they say the radiator was old and damaged? That isn't my problem as it was working before the accident so on all account by my standards they should fix all the damage from the accident not just the o
