UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT GOING OFF

I have this fight with you every month and every month Capitec allows a debit order that I did not authorize to go off my account and EVERY MONTH I have to take my lawyer there to get my money back, but clearly Capitec and African Bank are both out to take our money and at that as well. I am done I will report you to the ombudsman because there is NO LEGAL REASON to debit a persons account without their consent!!!
