Old Mutual
Wrong pay out

I have complained last time about jabulani mall branch. I than went back to cancel my investment policy which they did. From my pay out they took R600.00. I have called the call center today and they told me it's a penalty fee for cancelling my policy so old mutual is telling me even when I was not happy with them I must stay with them because if I don't they are going to deduct my money?..
I believe that's money and you have to pay it back, yes there is penalties okay but would that amount to R600.00. I want my money please!!!
