I complained on this forum on 12 September about FNB sending correspondence to an ESTATE LATE account inviting my deceased father to collect his new cheque card and have now received yet another email on 24 September, still asking him to collect his new cheque card.

I'm sure he really doesn't need it wherever he is today.

FNB were notified of my father's passing on 12 August and this is the THIRD time I have had to complain about their lack of internal communication.

After my last complaint mere platitudes were posted as a response.

Please take this complaint more seriously this time and ENSURE that someone reacts as it is unpleasant to receive emails / letters of this nature.
