Two weeks and broken sewerage still not fixed

Between ABSA and ZIPP plumbers, they have passed the buck back and forth for two weeks. My broken sewerage line has a temporary repair (newspaper used as seals on either end of the pipe).

E-mails to ABSA cause a reply telling some person to conatct me (she is on leave). ZIPP tell me the only lady dealing with the works orders has been on leave and is working through her work. In the meantime I have a great big hole in my back garden with raw sewage at the bottom.

Even though I have stated that I will pay in the meantime, it does not seem to make any difference.
