Refusing a ligit Claim

Approximately 4 years ago I had a problem with my sewerage pipe - as my home was built in the early fifties, the concrete pipe collapsed. I had it replaced with the more modern pipes, and last week, the sewerage got blocked up again. On inspection, it was discovered that the new pipe had broken. I studied my homeowners insurance policy, and it stated that one had to maintain all. I did so - still - my claim has been declined!! I have been paying this Insurance for 12 years! ABSA did not even have the decency to NOTIFY me! I am totally disgusted!
