Not checking ID and Signature

Someone bought on my RCS account on 24/09/2013 @ 13:49 for the amount of R2288.37 at Checkers River Walk in Vereeniging!!! And it definitely was not me!!! I stay in Polokwane and was at home this day. Now when i phoned them on 0861 028 889, they want me to run up and down to the police station and certify Id's and write affidavits, t get that off my account!!! I am not going to do that!!! It wasn't my fault!!! If the person that put through that transaction on my card, did their job properly this wouldn't have happened!!! Every time I use my RCS card, they ask me for my ID as well as compare the signature with the one at the back of the card!!! But this person didn't do their job properly, and must be dealt with!!!
