Transaction taken off twice

On the 02/06/2013 I purchased goods at Checkers Hyper Benoni, the first transaction was paid via a card at 10h40. The exact same amount was again deducted from my account at 10h47. I cannot get hold of any one to assist with a refund. I am told it is not reflecting on their systems however it is reflecting on my bank account. The buck is being passed from person to person and I cannot get a straight answer as to how I am going to be refunded. This is a lot of money and it is unacceptable that amounts are taken of twice and there is no resolution. What concerns me even more is there is so much card, I only put my pin in twice! So how does the same amount get deducted a 2nd Time 7 minutes later. This is truly a huge inconvenience as I work and do not have time to go back and try and resolve this every day.
