NOW WHAT

I am new to Nedbank but already have issues, it takes over 24 (up to 48hours I am told) hours for the funds to clear/show from cheque to investment account meaning i will lose out on the interest I should have earned for that day or two? I am still waiting to get smses for the transactions that happened yesterday already, so what is the point of having such service of it is not real time and or never comes at all? I have been promised the reversal of the charges but i see nothing like that having been made, is this how you roll? I have
