Hi
So today I call FNB to check my balance and this lady tells me i'm over my limit, I ask why and she says I went over my limit! So I tell her that i'm confused because I last had a balance of R165 and when i went to pour petrol it declined and said i have no authorisation - very confused. She them tells me I am R300 odd rands over limit so I ask again WHY??? She says the annual fee was charged... Had FNB communicated this with me I would have made sure that the funds are available but FNB who is supposed to helps us didn't advise AT ALL... so i looked like an 1 and secondly now my account is in negative due to LACK OF COMMUNICATION.
Can someone explain this in detail please.
I think this is really annoying and such an inconvenience...
