Reflects available balance, but over limit charge??

I consistently check the Discovery website/app for the available balance on my credit card to make sure I do not exceed my credit card limit. In May I made a purchase and received a SMS that my available balance was R43. As I was nearing my limit, I made no more purchases subsequent to that. Two days later when I went onto the Discovery website I saw that my limit was exceeded with about R45. How is this possible if two days earlier you reflected my account as having an available balance??? I still have this SMS on my phone as proof! Regardless, I immediately made a payment to rectify the balance. At month end I was charged an "over-limit" fee of R53. I find this charge to be completely unfounded. How can you charge me an over-limit fee if you incorrectly reflected my available balance??? All attempts to address this issue with your call centre have been unsuccessful. This is pure consumer bullying!! You feed false information and then I get charged fees for spending based on your false information???
