I wrote here over a week ago about my data contact which I obtained on 9th February 2013. I have requested a limit placed on my bundle and have asked a way to check my data balance. I was told that my limit is placed yet when I called later the same day I was advised that there wasn't limit placed. Further I still cannot check my data balance from my line and was advised there is a network problem. One week later i still cannot check my data balance and I am not even sure if the limit has been placed on my account, I am tired of calling Nashua and incurring the costs. I want someone to call and sort this out immediately.
