Alicedale ATM Old machine put back out of orde

Despite very prompt reponse to our initial complaint, nothing further has transpired. Ihave just come back from trying to withdraw funds, to find the screen blank, the machine out of order, and I presume empty!! Several members of the community were at the machine, equally furious at not being able to obtain funds they need. I have builders here today that would like to be paid - but this I cannot achieve. WHAT IS IT WITH STANDARD bank - the arrogance and dismissive attitude towards this community is a disgrace. There is no point in sending out swift conciliatory emails then sitting on hands and doing nothing. To add to the problem of this ill conceived design of canopy and access, the tiles laid to the ridiculous ramp are falling off making the surface even more dangerous. Their so called specialist team sent out to assess their ATMs clearly falls short of the mark, as Standard Bank in general does - anybody out there with gumption to do something???
