What a rip off

I recently needed to withdraw funds from an ATM in Bryanston. Unfortunately the Standard bank ATM was broken and I was in a rush thus withdrew money from a Nedbank machine. Imagine my disgust when checking my account to see that Standard bank have charged me R17 to withdraw money from another machine because their ATM was broken.

This is disgusting, please reimburse me and please ensure your ATM's function!!!
