Took on an additional Maintenance plan on my new Kia vehicle.

The car was at 10000km when i took the plan out and knowing the amount of driving i do i inquired as to what would be covered in the first service by Liquid capital. The 10 000km / 1 year delay was explained but my question was concise and clear. The sales rep's response was the my service's are covered in full but cover of ware and tear parts would only be covered after the above conditions are met.

Very possible the sales rep and i miss under stood one another but then the paper work for the contract was never sent to me to confirm (Electronic or other wise).

When phoning to enquirer about my first service Innocentia Masote was more that not helpful and ended the email conversation with a very rude manner.

At the time of the incident i was just over 30 days over my obligation free cancellation. I feel that as i was not given the correct Terms & Conditions to fully understand the contract i was agreeing too i should still be released with out penalty but after corresponding with the supposed senior Thabo Matlou i have still yet to get a response more that 72 hours after the incident.

Very unprofessional!
