Some one else has been buying on my account

In December 2012, I wanted to propose to my girlfriend. So I used the service provided by RCS to buy her an engagement ring from NWJ jewelers in Kolennade shopping center. In the mean time, we have gotten married and are now living in Germany.

Earlier this week I inquired as to the settlement amount on the RCS account since I want to stop transferring money to my SA account every month due to the cost involved. Big was my surprise when I found out that the settlement amount almost as much as the ring. Further inquiries showed that there were purchases made on my account. As I am still in possession of my card, it can only mean that my card was cloned by someone who has inside information. Because I only used the card at NWJ.

I still want to settle the account, but I am not going to pay for purchase I did not make.

I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
