I requested a settlement on my Credit Card that was with MBCS, they supplied me with the information and i settled my account.

This is when my problem started. it has now been a month and between FNB and MBCS they can settle this account, and this account is still reflecting on my Name and my FNB profile.

I was issued with a settlement letter from MBCS to show that the account was settled in full.

I have phoned FNB Credit Card division and they are to put it in plain terms useless!!

Promises that they will resolve the issue are not met and they have no idea what is going on.

It is a pity that a bank that can advertise that they are so good are actually so poor at delivering service to their customers.

Let see if between FNB / MBCS they can make some attempt to resolve this matte
