I opened an account at Dion Wired, Nicolway 27 April 2012. I bought a camera of R10 000 I paid R3000 cash and R7000 on my account. The 4 June 2012 they debited R500 off of my bank account and on the 18 June 2012 I paid my WHOLE ACCOUNT amount of R6790. On the 1 September 2012 a debit order amount of R435.04 went off of my bank account. I emailed RCS about it and it came to their attention that they issued me the wrong card and that another person was buying on my account and I on his account. In the email they assured me that they will resolve the issue and that they will inform me once my query was resolved and that they blocked my card in order to resolve the issue. I phoned after 2 months as heard nothing from them. They said that they resolved my query and that I should go to Dion Wired to get a new card. They didn't give back my debit order amount of R435.04 they only gave me a credit of R148.15 apparently there was service fees involved. I have not been back to Dion Wired to get a new card as I don't want an account anymore. But I've been receiving statements that say I owe them R560.00 but I can't even buy on my account. I really want this to STOP.
