Nedcor holds session on oold mutual policy

I am the owner of a policy at Old Mutual. Contract no 007328595 that i want to cash in. As Old Mutual report a session by Nedcor, i went to Nedbank, they could not help me as their books show nothing on my name.

I was married fto mr HL Kelly and devorsed during 2001. I suspect that this was on a house bond. I supplied them with his id number and they also could not find anything on his name. They advised me that i had to ask him to come in and give them permission to lift this session. I have no contact with Mr Kelly and can not do that. To my knowledge he sold this propery in Pretoria early 2004 or 2005.

If possible can you give me some help to solve this.
