I contacted the call center of old mutual in Oct to cancel a security session between myself and another party. I had no more obligation towards the other party. The call center advised i must get a written letter from the other party to cancel the security session. The same day I got the letter send it to the service center email. About 2 weeks went passed and still no feedback. I contacted the call center again to find out why it is taking so long. They advised me that they have send a email to my broker at old mutual Polokwane but I don't have a broker because he was not working at Old mutual for the past 3 to 4 month's, how could they not know this. Then I was advised they don't want a letter but the other party needs to complete a document, i was very unhappy because the first consultant advised me differently and now I was given the run around again to other party to complete the document with the security code. All was done & send again on 04 Nov 2013 with my reference number CCC6185963 with direct instruction on my email to communicate with myself directly because I have no broker. Still no feedback until today and also no broker? Please listen to voice recordings
