Bad service delivery from Absa lending department

My husband is a client of Absa for many years. We currently have a overdraft facility and a personal loan with Absa. We applied online for a R3000 loan. The following day 12/09 Absa Lending calls us, Thami at about 10am. They would assist in this loan if we are still interested. After 10min on the phone, he told me he will phone me with the outcome at about 13h30. No one phones. Phoned on Friday morning to the number he phoned from no reply. Monday 16/09, look up the number on the Absa website. Phone and speak to Michelle, which puts me through to Thami. Then only he asks me to send my payslips. Did that. [Email Removed] At 5pm I receive a message I must send it again and for attn. Sindy. Which I did. Tuesday, phone at 9am, Sindy is busy, she will call me back. Phone again at 1pm, Sindy still busy with processing. She will phone me in half hour. Still no response. Morning 18/9, I phone and Sindy is busy (again) I insist in speaking to someone that will be able to assist me. to Underwriter which tells me Sindy will phone me with an answer soon. At 10h47 she phones to say we were declined. I really dont understand why Absa took 5 working days. Very disappointed!
