My fianc? reported our case to clientele legal end of April and were assigned a legal representative on 02 May 2013. Wessel Britz is the legal representative that was assigned to us and still to this day we haven't received any legally constructive feedback. To date the feedback we receive is either his "out of office" automated response or "I have been trying to contact the hotel and this has been unsuccessful".

The level of service we have been getting is shocking, pathetic, disgusting and opposite of the tv adverts they show repeatedly on tv daily. The legal representative has no sense of urgency nor importance in this case. My fianc? has escalated the matter but the response is futile. We are really unhappy at the level or lack of service obtained. We feel nothing is being done about our case and it is being side-lined and not being worked on. Your services are not FREE hence people responsible should shape up and do their job and do it properly. If your tv adverts are anything to go buy one would think those clients have been paid to be on those adverts as my experience has been horrific to date. If no changes are made I will be moving to your competitors with my friend
