I have a serious problem that needed lawyers, i logged this matter 2 weeks ago i still don't know what is going on, is Nadia on the case or NOT she promised to communicate to me via email. i called in yesterday spoke to lady that promised me that she will give Nadia the message to call me back

I am a platinum member and its my first time reporting a legal matter if this is the kind of attitude they give to their clients then i will rather pay people who are willing to help like CLIENTEL or even legal wise
