Inexperience companies

I have an issue with the offer Santam is making on my claim.

There were a total of 3 companies that quoted on the claim for the fire place. The company that Santam used quoted R 501.60, compare to R 9 216.00 of the lowest of the others.

The company that Santam use is only 4 months old and their website is already gone (offline).

From what I could see the guy do not have experience. How much longer will that company stay open and what service will I get afterwards when the fireplace fall apart.
Same for the electric work that needs to be done.

I have asked Santam to send me another company (or I will get them one) that exist at least a couple of years and that who has experience, but they refuse as they know, no one else will quote that low.
They want to make it a cash payment so that they do not need to deal with issues afterwards.

The offer they are making is useless to me and I will not be able to get my place in the same condition as it was before. I will cost me over R15k out of my own pocket to do so.

All I am asking is that they pay me out to get my place fixed by reputable companies with experience.
