I was involved in a car accident 2 weeks ago, when another driver, who was at fault, crashed into the front of my vehicle. Mr Riaan Krause was the assessor assigned to my claim, and was courteous, thorough and considerate of my situation. Mr Krause provided me with regular progress reports which was really highly appreciated. I would like to thank Outsurance for their excellent service in handling my claim so efficiently and promptly. Thanks to their excellent service, my old car which was written off due to the extensive damage it sustained, I was able to collect my new car today. I would also like to thank Outsurance for going the extra mile in providing me with the best possible premium. Your staff are always courteous, friendly and efficient. A huge thank you to Peter and Baxter for their prompt assistance and explaining the policy so carefully. And for this reason I still remain a loyal client of Outsurance.
