My husband was involved in an unexpected car accident on 06/09/2013. We received a message that Peter Abrahams will be dealing with our claim. We have been greeting the run around from him with regards to the claim. Peter give my husband one story and then gives me a totally different story. in a nut shell, I was told today that my vehicle is to be written off. I cannot afford for the car to be written off as this is our only means of transport. I explained this to Peter and he turned around & told me that the decision was up to the assessors as to whether or not the car will be written off. I then contact the assessor myself who in turn told me that it is up to the bank, not him. the car is very much repairable & I don't see why it has to be written off. It absolutely infuriates me to get the run around like this. All we want is for the claim to be finalised and authorisation given to the respective people to go ahead and fix my car. It irritates me that Peter Abrahams always has 10 thousand different stories or excuses regarding the claim. NOT VERY HAPPY AND VER OFF
