They want you to give up

After being a victim of, they returned the money that was from me. This was after minimum an hour of waiting on hold and being transferred and told to phone other departments. All is well until now, I see they have taken back some of the money without any notification what so ever. Again many endless amount of hours of being put on hold and told to phone other departments. No one can tell me why. A human can only listen to the standard bank jingle for so long before they crack. I have given up. You win Standard bank.
