Metropolitan life was deducting money since March until September through stop order, i noticed after my father passed away to check if the premium was deducting, I was suprise to see a deduction of R250, i wrote a letter of cancellation and refund to Metropolitan on the 20th August 2013 and they sent am sms to send an certified identity document on the 30th August and i replyed with the attched scanned identity document and i also wrote them several emails and they only responded telephonically on the 17 September 2013, their telling me that they did not receive them. their service is very bad, how can they deduct money without my concern and i dont even know what am i covered for.
