Incompitent staff at Absa Aucklandpark branch

Not happy with the service from a lady at this branch not sure of the spelling or pronounciation of her name (Elaine/Edelaide). I requested her to close my money builder account on the 20/08/2013 and still todate the account is active. This is not the first time that i have been challenged by the incompetence of this branch. I am at this not even interested in going there again. Please close this account as instructed.
