Wrong itc listing report to nc

Please assist me with this matter I was final sequestrated in 2008 and I had a lone wit u, now many year passed and I see on my itc report that this account is still open and show in rears, I want his account closed and also taken of itc imminently, as this is unlawful and also not legal as u know as a financial institute u suppose to know what it means to be sequestrated (insolvent). If this is not resovolved I will have no choice than to report it to the nc
