Terrible service

I am beyond words. I arrive at London only to find out that I do not have any money because of someone who can not do their job right. They never completed the process on my cash passport so I have no money at my use because if this. Its unacceptable to allow someone to get stuck in another country with out any money because they do not know how to do their own job right. The worst is, after we've noticed this my fiance has been trying to get hold of them for so long but there is no answer. How must Isurvive in here with no money?
