Other peoples information!!

I requested my free credit report, which I got in a timely manner. However your reports are terribly laid out and not updated. I am not in arrears with the amounts you say I am and these apparent amounts do not show up on any other credit bureau listing that I have requested, so I have to wonder where this information is coming from. I was also SHOCKED to see that on my report I have the full names and surnames of four other people and their ID numbers?!?!?! now surely with all the identity we face in this country that information should not just be thrown around?!? I would be horribly irate to find that my name and ID number was given to some random person without my consent. Upon trying to alert the woman who emailed me my report I was brushed off and just told to "Please refer correspondence to [Email Removed] and this is coming from one of your CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS?!? what does that job title mean if she cannot just send my comments onto the correct people?!? I think this is disgusting and you definitely need to do something about the ID information on your report?
