ITC Free Credit Report a?

Is the ITC free credit report a? Seems impossible to obtain. Just collecting info to sell? After a lengthy process all I get when trying to login is - "Your online application has failed as we were unable to verify the information you provided against the information held by TransUnion Credit Bureau. We need to ensure that someone else is not attempting to view your private credit information without your authorisation. You will be required to fax documentation to 011 252 7520 or email to [Email Removed] or contact Call Centre at 0861 482 482. " Of course a follow up e-mail is ignored. "Why bother, we have your info and can sell it now, you are of no further use to us" seems to be the attitude. I wonder if the relevant authorities are aware of the fact that you do your utmost not to supply the report which I am legally entitled to?
