I tried to open an account with FNB - took almost a MONTH (due to their inability to pay attention), instead of the 10min professed on their website.

I phoned numerous times to update contact details, and every time it wasn't corrected after I was promised it was. The last time I went to a branch to check, after having updated it 10min previously via telephone, and guess what? It still wasn't updated

Then, lodging complaints, and being promised swift feedback, I'm still waiting for feedback from the officials who yet again, after paltry excuses, failed dismally in responding. All the promised feedback calls are yet to take place...

When one asks for a supervisor, the call gets cut...

FNB: do you do this to all new clients? Is this how you help us? The service so far has been pathetic, and it makes me regret my decision moving to FNB...
