Refund Request

I cancelled my Budget Insurance on 01 August 2013, however my account was debited at the end of August, when I requested a refund I was told that it would be 7 days however when I called back yesterday, I was told that they needed the original e mail, which I forwarded twice however this morning I received an e mail requesting the fax cover sheet, I responded back that I had e mailed my request now five e mails later I am still getting requests for proof of e mail, I have forwarded it yet again and still getting no joy.
