Absa wont refund me my money back!!!

Absa vehicle finance requested proof of insurance from me which I was told to send through before the end of May 2013 or I will be debited by Absa insurance to cover the outstanding capital balance owing under my vehicle finance. I sent through the proof of my current insurer via email but their system doesn't have the courtesy of saying thank you and mail received in good order. They did not receive my mail and subsequently debited me an amount of /- R470.00 for insurance. I called them on the 03.06.2013 requesting my refund and resent the proof of insurance. I was told my refund will take 7 working days. I've called 4 times and had to hold on for 20 minutes every single time only to be told it will be refunded the next day. It is the 21st of June and I want my money!!! This is absolutely Ludacris. To say I am angry is putting it mildly. The service is absolutely pathetic.
