Underpaid my claim

First for women underpaid me, At the time of loss the value of my car was R145, 450 .00 but first for only settled an amounts of R117.990.00, so less what i have already paid the bank the underpaid by R27460.00

my credit shortfall insurance have refused to pay the shortfall for they don't cover an underpaid amount by another insurance company

am in debit of an amounts of R27, 460.00 and i don't have that amounts of money
south Africa every body must stay away from telesure group they are busy reaping people off in the name of chap insurance telesure are group of criminal
my exaess was R3800 now they charged me R11000 they said i have a prejudices
