MFC contravening NCA pathetic service

I submitted a query informing MFC of my intention to settle my account on 16 October. They stated that there would be an early settlement penalty of 90 days interest despite the fact that the NCA states that the maximum early settlement fee is 3 months minus the notice period given (in my case 51 days).

I have followed up numerous times and am still waiting for a proper response two weeks later. Some of the worst service I've ever experienced, and what I believe to be business practices in contravention of the National Credit Act of 2007.

Absolutely pathetic.
