I tried calling MFC, emphasis on tried, anyone who has tried this will realise you wait almost 10 minutes before they answer. I wanted a settlement on my Car, the settlement i was told was R220000 which is only R4000 less than what the original finance amount was, this is impossible as I have paid MFC almost R20k already. as far as I know the banks are not allowed to charge you for the interest they would have earned if you opt to settle the car early as that would be illegal.
I have been with MFC for the past 3 years and have always paid my car yet they still treat me terribly.

All I want is a settlement which cannot be more than between R205 & R210K!!! How hard is it to get this from a bank???
