Breach of a verbal agreement

Hi there,
I just want to make people aware of Miway insurance schemes to lure people over to them. I was with momentum for years I must be honest, Momentum was the best insurance company I've ever been with, they gave me discounts every 6 months and provided an excellent service but I got a call from Ntokozo Radebe from Miway offering me a % excess structure/policy and momentum could not beat that. The agreement with Ntokozo was that I must call every year for a review and that if I don't claim and maintain good payment profile I would automatically qualify for a discount. Well I can confidently say that's not the case, 11 months later I got a letter informing of an increase on my premium and informing me that I now have an excess fee of R3300 and there's nothing they can do about it. They have ruined my profile because now I have to start from the bottom with any insurance company that I choose. Miway is the WORST insurance company ever and they never return your calls. I regret moving from the one insurance company that kept their word and promises to me to a useless insurance company with.
