I was on the verge of quiting Miway and signing up with another insurance company which was offering a lower premium with no excess. However Ntokozo studied that policy and explained to me that it was not a good policy and its part of the non acceptable insurance policies. The resulting end was that I decided to stay with Miway at a lower premium. Ntokozo has good business retaining skills and he displayed his understanding of the customer needs.
