Credit card

My credit card expired approximately 2 months ago.went into fnb wynberg, cape town. Spoke to consultant who put me on line with credit card department. They said i will get a new card within 3-5 working days. After 3 weeks i still had not received a card. Went back did the same thing, they said they dont know what happen we can try again.again they said i must wait 3-5 working days. Weeks has passed still nothing. I get a call from the Free State saying my card arrived. I was so furious when the lady told me i have to go back to my branch in wynberg to ask them to send it back.i work and donot have the time to go to the bank for stupid things like this.
