I am new to nedbank for crying out loud. I called the centre and advised them that I would rather collect my new card from the motherwell branch. Consultant told me that I can get it on friday. To my fricken suprise i get here today (14 sept 2013) and this woman named Linda tells me that I will wait 5 days for my card. Its a mastercard without a chip which i can get immediately! Took this further and got a call back to fetch the card.. When i re-entered the branch, all the consultants were disgusted by me, linda being mighty didnt even look at me, she said 'bongani, ID' with her hand held out n while looking at the pc... I have been here for 3 hours now and i still dont have my card., if this is the kind of services one receieved upon opening an account, how much more are these people rude to people who have banked here. I am so appauled and I regretd opening up an account with Nedbank. This is by far the worst experience of my entire life.. I wont even bother complaining about the fact that theres one person for deposits, one for inquiries!!!

This is very disapponting.
