I have contact your card division on Friday the 31/01/2014 for assistance as to why my
credit card fees is not decreasing as well as my instalment is going up, yet I have not used this card for more than a year.

After my conversation with Kayla an employee at the card division, I discovered that someone has been committing on my account my
new card was sent to the Benoni branch and was not collected.

When I queried the card with her she mentioned that the system note placed was that "the customer advised that the card should be destroyed".
I have never been in contact with any person from your benoni branch or even went into the branch to collect the card.

Appalling for me is being a Nedbank customer, I get told that the division said that I would have used the funds and they cannot assist me to register a case.

How can your division assume this for crying out loud I'm made to feel like an or a thieve, I'm not an why would I report if I used the cash..
Food for thought.. And your division refused to assist me after being on the phone with Kayla for 45mins. Who then advised me that I should go
